Science Talks

A water drop on a tap in Rwanda

The Science Talks series aims to showcase research findings from UNU-INWEH researchers. Through these public online seminars, we will highlight the real-world applications and impacts of our work, bridging the gap between research and societal needs. By fostering meaningful connections and encouraging knowledge exchange, we seek to engage both the scientific community and the broader public in discussions that drive positive change.

Another Drop Lecture Series

Started in 2006, the Another Drop Lecture Series provides an opportunity to present research, policy and case studies that aid in our understanding of linkages between water, environment and health. The purpose is to provide the local academic and broader community with an insight into the many and varied water-related challenges faced around the world. The lectures are held monthly on a Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm, September through March. Speakers tend to be recruited from local universities or Toronto-based NGOs.
