This concluding piece of the Asia-Pacific Climate Security (APCS) report series will discuss the outlook for future climate security research and activities. The report series has presented essential summaries, including key messages and policy recommendations, of the project's three year research efforts. This project has sought to clarify whether a systematic review of climate-related security risks is relevant in this region, and, if so, what its purpose and approach should be. That is why the project employed different conceptions of security as analytical lenses to examine the state of the art and practice in the targeted region, rather than seeking a specific normative or policy perspective within the concept of security.
