Building a Resilient Future through Multistakeholder Learning and Action: Ten Years of Regional Centres of Expertise on Education for Sustainable Development
This book commemorates the first decade of the global movement of Regional Centres of Expertise (RCEs) on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). It showcases how RCEs have created tangible improvements in their communities through multi-stakeholder partnerships that facilitate learning, foster innovation and advance sustainability. Drawing on diverse regional experiences, it highlights both the unity and diversity of the RCE network, reflects on its achievements under the UN Decade of ESD (2005–2014) and charts a path forward for RCEs to contribute to future sustainability efforts.
