Jeremias Lachman. I am an economist with a Master’s degree and PhD in Economics (University of Buenos Aires). I am a postdoctoral researcher at UNU-MERIT working on the challenges that may enable urban agriculture to contribute to the Agenda 2030. As an academic researcher, I have been working on technological change, economic development, and firms’ internationalization processes (particularly in the agri-food value chain), employing quantitative and qualitative methodologies. I have engaged in multiple research works and technical assistance projects, publishing my work in several academic journals and book chapters.
