DESCRIPTION

As educational institutions move from isolated experimentation towards more systematic AI adoption, effective integration requires both individual capability development and institutional readiness. This workshop explores practical approaches to supporting educators while building the policies, governance structures, professional development pathways, and organizational cultures needed for responsible AI use. Through case studies and collaborative discussion, participants will examine how AI can be embedded across teaching, learning, assessment, and institutional practice.
