UNU-IAS will organize an online session as part of the Climate Classroom @COP30  — a UN initiative that introduces learners to a range of climate change topics, allowing delegates, professionals and the general public to follow and contribute to climate discussions.

This short, interactive learning experience is designed to help those attending or following climate meetings to get quickly up-to-speed on important climate issues. The class will explore how learning can prepare every person to make informed decisions and support global efforts towards a sustainable future. Through sharing real-world stories and practical tips, participants will discover what it means to learn in ways that foster agency, support communities and inspire collaboration. The session will highlight the importance of a whole-of-society approach to climate education.

Participation & Registration 

This session will be held online. To participate, please register in advance to receive a Zoom link.
