UNU-IAS Youth Delegates to COP29 Featured in Japanese Media

Hokuriku Chunichi Shimbun featured two Japanese high school students who participated in the 2024 UN Climate Change Conference as UNU-IAS delegates.

On 23 November 2024, an article in the Hokuriku Chunichi Shimbun featured two youth delegates from Japan at the 2024 UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP29). Participating as UNU-IAS youth delegates, the students gave presentations in English on the themes of climate change and biodiversity, raising awareness of environmental issues.
