UNU-IAS will host an SDGs Café event as part of Kanazawa Rainbow Pride Week on the topic “Creating an Inclusive Workplace Environment from Kanazawa”. This event aims to deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and provide insights into the experiences of the LGBTQ+ community, addressing unconscious biases and key factors for creating a comfortable working environment for everyone. Participants will be able to take part in discussion with LGBTQ+ experts and community members.

This event will be organized by UNU-IAS Operating Unit Ishikawa Kanazawa (OUIK). It will be held in Kanazawa City, Japan.
