Aden Anwar is a Research Intern at UNU-CRIS.
Aden Anwar is an Erasmus Mundus scholar currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics of Globalisation and European Integration (EGEI), within a consortium of seven universities, including Ghent University. She holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and has professional experience spanning financial data analysis and development policy.
During her research internship at UNU-CRIS, Aden will primarily work on the RIKS database under the supervision of Glenn Rayp and Samuel Standaert within the Economic and Political Interactions Cluster. Her work includes tracking developments in international treaty participation and implementation, including changes in membership, ratification, and entry into force. She will also work on creating a data landscape of bilateral foreign direct investment (FDI), trade, and migration datasets.
