The event, co-hosted by UNU, the United Nations in China, BFSU and South Africa's University of Cape Town, convened representatives from the UN system, China's Ministry of Education, and universities from multiple regions to discuss the contribution of higher education to the UN’s Pact for the Future and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
