The International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative (IPSI) 2022 Annual Report

An overview of events and accomplishments of IPSI in 2022 fiscal year.

The 2022 fiscal year (April 2022 – March 2023) marked the twelfth full year since the launch of IPSI in October 2010, with a membership growth to 298 organisations. IPSI, in pursuit of the Satoyama Initiative’s vision of “societies in harmony with nature,” engaged in various activities across regions worldwide. 

The International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative (IPSI) is a global partnership made up of member organizations working toward the goals of the Satoyama Initiative and its vision of realizing societies in harmony with nature through the revitalization and sustainable management of socio-ecological production landscapes and seascapes (SEPLS).
