The MiLAP Follow-Up Training is an advanced, residential programme for alumni of the Migration Law and Policymaking Course (MiLAP) working on migration issues in Africa. This programme builds on the core MiLAP curriculum and supports continued professional development in migration governance.

Organised by UNU-MERIT in cooperation with IOM’s African Capacity Building Centre (ACBC), the training strengthens participants’ capacity to apply international migration law and evidence-based policymaking in their professional contexts.

The MiLAP is a capacity building training funded by the Repatriation and Departure Service of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, co-funded by the European Commission.
