Cristina Mancigotti is a Capacity Development Coordinator at UNU-MERIT and Maastricht University.
Cristina coordinates the Capacity Development Office delivery of training and programme for relevant stakeholders, including governmental officials, UN bodies and international organisations. Among her responsabilities, Cristina is the manager for the Migration Management Diploma Programme (MMDP) and main coordinator for UNU-MERIT as ITU Academy Training Centre. Cristina's expertise is mainly on adult education, focusing on qualitative methodologies. She has collaborated on research projects focusing on learning solutions in higher education. Prior joining UNU-MERIT, Cristina worked with civil society organisations and international organisations such as the Council of Europe and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
