Hailey Halligan is a programme coordinator for the ITU Summer School programmes and Online Courses offered by the Capacity Development Office at UNU-MERIT.
Hailey is an alumna of the MPP programme (August 2025). During her studies, she served as DEMOS President, an EPC member, and a general student representative at both Maastricht University and UNU-MERIT.
