Professor Kaveh Madani, Director of UNU-INWEH and recipient of the 2026 Stockholm Water Prize, will deliver a seminar hosted by WaterCentre@KTH at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
Professor Madani received the 2026 Stockholm Water Prize in recognition of his pioneering research and global leadership in water governance. His work has helped shift the focus of water management from infrastructure alone toward the governance structures and decision-making processes that underpin many water crises.
His research has also advanced understanding of transboundary water management through science-based approaches to conflict resolution and the sustainable management of shared water resources.
