UNU-IAS will co-organize a symposium on the role of science and individual action in creating sustainable societies. The event will bring together experts and practitioners working on water, marine and biodiversity issues to discuss interdisciplinary cooperation and citizen participation for achieving the SDGs.

Participation & Registration

The symposium will take place in the U Thant International Conference Hall at UNU Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. To participate, please register in advance.

The event will also be live-streamed on the UNU-IAS YouTube channel.

Language

The event will be held in Japanese and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided.
