The Seventh Youth Environmental Activity Presentation National Contest was recently featured in special print editions of Yomiuri Shimbun’s SDGs Newspaper (February 2022) and Chukosei Newspaper (March 2022). The contest aims to empower youth from across Japan to lead the way towards a sustainable society, and is co-organised by UNU-IAS, Ministry of the Environment of Japan, and the Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency, Japan. The article included comments by Shinobu Yume Yamaguchi (Director, UNU-IAS).
