Call for Submissions: Eighth Japan Youth Environmental Activity Contest

The deadline for submissions is 2 November 2022

The Eighth Japan Youth Environmental Activity Contest will be held in February 2023. The contest provides an opportunity for high school students in Japan to share ideas and activities related to sustainability issues. Schools wishing to participate are invited to submit their presentations in Japanese through the contest website. The deadline for submissions is 2 November 2022, 18:00 (JST).

This annual event is co-organised by UNU-IAS; the Ministry of the Environment of Japan; and the Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency, Japan. It aims to empower youth by providing opportunities for mutual learning and scaling up their activities to develop practical solutions for achieving the SDGs.
