This Training enhances the knowledge and skills of GIZ staff and partners to design, deliver, and evaluate DPI solutions aligned with EU standards and adapted to local contexts.  

The project combines policy and regulatory dimensions, including the Single Digital Gateway, with practical technical applications. By embedding EU best practices on e-services and governance frameworks, it ensures a balanced and comprehensive approach that strengthens both institutional capacity and practical implementation.  

The overall objective of this training is to enhance the knowledge and skills of GIZ staff and partners to design, deliver, and evaluate DPI solutions aligned with EU standards and adapted to local contexts.

A1. Moderating online kick-off meeting
A1.2 Developing training curriculum
A2.1 Organising and facilitating 5-day in person training
A2.2 Supporting participant communication and management
A3.1 Conducting an anonymous evaluation of the training and developing a proposal for the iteration
A3.2 Preparing a handover of a facilitation guide and materials for future improved implementations of the training, as well as all training materials
A4.1 Providing consultancy sessions for participants to support the transfer of learning into practice
