Under a UN-to-UN Agreement with UNDP Uzbekistan, UNU-EGOV delivers two capacity development initiatives within the joint Ministry of Justice/European Union/UNDP project “Further Improvement of Public Services Delivery in Uzbekistan” (FIPSD).
The initiatives address existing gaps in comparable KPIs, interoperable administrative data, analytics capacity, and responsible data use.
The main objectives of the initiatives are to strengthen data-driven decision-making, digital governance, and performance benchmarking across public institutions and service delivery systems. Concurrently, they provide officials with practical expertise in KPI design, dashboard management, administrative data utilisation, systems interoperability, and responsible data governance.
