Learning, Collaborating and Transforming: The 20-Year Journey of the Global RCE Network

This book marks the 20th anniversary of the Global RCE Network through stories, insights and analyses from RCE initiatives worldwide.

This publication celebrates the 20th year of the global network of Regional Centers of Expertise on Education for Sustainable Development (RCEs). It reflects on how RCEs have advanced education for sustainable development (ESD) by translating global sustainability goals into local action through partnerships among communities, educators, policymakers and youth. Organized around five thematic chapters, it explores the Global RCE Network’s conceptual foundations, regional developments, projects and emerging trends, and concludes with reflections and strategic directions towards shaping a sustainable and inclusive future.
