Yuxi Shi is a Research Fellow at the United Nations University Institute in Macau. She has gained an MA in International Policy and Development at Middlebury Institute of International Studies and is currently a Master’s candidate in International Organizations and Exchange at Zhejiang University.
Yuxi is interested in education for sustainable development, education digitization and AI in education, with particular attention to the Global South. Her research focus on how higher education institutions (HEIs) transform inner capacities and resources into SDG-oriented outcomes, as well as how AI-enabled teaching and learning enhance the efficiency of educational resource utilization and strengthen HEIs’ capacity to generate SDG-aligned outcomes.
