Mina has over 15 years of experience in administrative, human resources and finance.
Mina provides administrative and financial support to the Office of the Director, ensuring smooth operations and efficient procurement. Before joining UNU, she worked as a Consortium Finance Coordinator at the Norwegian Refugee Council. She combines over 15 years of professional experience through various administrative, human resource, and finance roles in the United Nations system and international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) such as the Danish Refugee Council, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM), United Nations Country Programme (UNCP), and Caritas Germany. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Azad University and an MBA from Multimedia University.
