Chae Li holds a Master of Laws, specializing in Human Rights Law from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. She brings valuable experience from her work in the protection context with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) across various duty stations, including Zambia, Lebanon, Tanzania, and Malaysia, as well as with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in South Africa.
