UNU-IAS will organise an online symposium on the theme “Promoting Efforts to Achieve the SDGs and Planning for the Future of Universities” on 30 March 2022, 13:00–17:00 (JST), as part of the institute's UNU SDG–Universities Platform (SDG–UP). The event will provide an overview of SDG–UP activities and outcomes since the launch of the project in October 2020, and facilitate further discussion on the role of universities in achieving the SDGs.
