A versatile legal scholar, consultant, and programme manager with expertise in ethnic and rural human rights, food security, biodiversity protection and environmental governance across Latin America, East Asia, the United States and Germany.

Fellowships have included the Humboldt Foundation in Germany and the Wilson Centre in Washington DC. Natalia also taught at prestigious institutes and universities.
