Aishwarya Raja is a Doctoral Researcher in the Joint PhD Programme in Integrated Management of Water, Soil, and Waste between Technische Universität Dresden and UNU-FLORES.
Aishwarya is working on the topic “Transition to a Circular Economy for Food through Water and Biodiversity under Climate Change Scenarios”, where her research focuses on assessing future food production under climate change scenarios while considering biodiversity and water management as key drivers of action. Through her research, she will contribute to the Resource Nexus in Circular Economy and Biodiversity.
Before joining UNU-FLORES, Aishwarya worked as a Conservation Associate in Pennsylvania; she also has experience in developing environmental management plans. Her primary research interest pertains to international water policy.
