This project is part of the first research line of the UNU-EGOV programmatic framework for 2017-2019 is entitled “Managing e- Governance for a Successful Digital Transformation: Planning, Designing, Assessing, and Monitoring”. The research line is coordinated by Dr. Delfina Soares. This project is related to the development, renewal, and redesign of the e-Government strategy into a digital governance strategy. A descriptive analysis of two decades of e-Government strategy, based on a sample of reports of EGOV strategy, as well as the academic literature review to propose a comprehensive generic framework of digital strategy.
