The conference was held in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, from the 26th to the 29th of September. To advance the accessibility of research in electronic governance, ICEGOV 2023 is set to make its proceedings permanently available for open access on ACM’s Digital Library starting January 1, 2024.
Edited by Demi Getschko, Ida Lindgren and Mete Yildiz (Programme Committee Chairs), the proceedings have 75 papers written by 201 authors from 32 countries. The publication is divided into ten thematic sections (Tracks):
