Kayla Ermanni is a Conflict Prevention and Sustaining Peace Global Fellow with UNU-CPR
Her experience spans UNDP, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Paley Center for Media. She also leads partnerships for Dublr.AI, an AI venture developing negotiation and decision-support tools for government and diplomatic stakeholders. Kayla holds a MPA from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where she specialized in International Security Policy and Conflict Resolution, and a BA from the University of Michigan.
