Alicia Grace Stenzel is a dual-career PhD fellow at UNU-MERIT
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University and UNU-MERIT. Her research interests focus on education policy, particularly how public interventions can improve educational access, attainment, and equity, and contribute to broader socioeconomic outcomes in Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa. She currently works as an Advisor with GIZ on a project in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
