UNU–UCalgary PhD in Transdisciplinary Research — Global Water Resilience

This programme is delivered by UNU-INWEH in collaboration with the University of Calgary with a Water Resilience specialisation at the UNU Hub on Empowering Communities to Adapt to Environmental Change.
The PhD in Transdisciplinary Research offers a Water Resilience specialisation spanning the Hub's four research clusters: understanding changes in aquatic ecosystems, evaluating risks of infectious diseases in a changing climate, environmental predictions for water sustainability, and building resilience in Indigenous communities. 

About the Hub

Announced on 13 December 2023, the UNU Hub on Empowering Communities to Adapt to Environmental Change at the University of Calgary is the world's first UNU Hub. It works with UNU-INWEH to develop the scientific understanding, solutions and skilled workforce needed to mitigate and adapt to climate threats affecting ecosystems, economies and communities
