UNU-INRA at African Climate Week and Africa Climate Summit 2025

Join INRA at ACW and ACS2 sessions in Addis Ababa-Ethiopia.

This year’s Africa Climate Week (ACW) and subsequently, Africa Climate Summit(ACS2)is being held in Addis Ababa -Ethiopia. 

These events bring together various stakeholders from the global stage to discuss and deliberate on key climate issues as preparation towards COP 30 in Belem-Brazil.

 Some key objectives of these events are:

- Amplifying African voices and priorities in global climate discourse 

- Mobilising public and private investment for low-carbon and climate-resilient development 

- Facilitating partnerships to implement Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and National Adaptation plans

 - Aligning climate action with sustainable development and green growth goals 

Climate Week and Africa Climate Summit are organised by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

Attendees are invited to join UNU-INRA for the following sessions featuring our Director, Dr.Fatima Denton.
