Arthur Kipkemoi Saitabau Ng’etich, a health systems and policy researcher, currently serves as a postdoctoral research fellow at the United Nations University – International Institute for Global Health (UNU-IIGH).
His work centers on global health, specifically examining gender and health language within the UN and global health institutions. Arthur also co-leads a project to document effective civil society engagement practices with WHO and other UN agencies, emphasizing gender-responsive, equity-focused, and human rights-integrated health programs. He holds a PhD in Health Systems from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Moi University. His research interests encompass NTDs, surveillance, response systems, gender, equity, and data visualization in health research. Prior to joining UNU-IIGH, he contributed to consulting and academia, working on public health initiatives and environmental sustainability programs. He holds membership in Health Systems Global (HSG) and the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH).
