This in-person event will discuss challenges and opportunities to promote implementation of the Paris Agreement on climate change in developing countries, featuring Dr Yannick Glemarec, the Executive Director of the Green Climate Fund. It will also explore roles of capacity building and education to empower practitioners and youth toward climate and sustainable transformation across the world.

The event will be jointly organised by the Green Climate Fund (GCF); the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Japan; UNDP; and UNU-IAS.

Participation & Registration

The event will be held at the Elizabeth Rose Conference Hall on the fifth floor of the UNU Headquarters building in Tokyo, Japan. The venue will open at 17:00.

Registration has been closed as of noon 6 July (JST).
