UNU-FLORES Presents New E-Learning Course at Berlin Fashion Week

New e-learning course introduced to fashion stakeholders

On 31 January, UNU-FLORES presented the e-Learning Course, “A Resource Nexus Approach in the Textile Sector,” at Berlin Fashion Week. The course was introduced by Professor Edeltraud Guenther, Director of UNU-FLORES, during the ‘METAMORPHOSIS – dialogues about change’ event. Available for free on the Atingi platform, this self-paced course offers a thorough understanding of the Resource Nexus approach in the textile industry.

Fashion Council Germany’s ‘METAMORPHOSIS – dialogues about change,’ supported by eBay, is a new talk series at Berlin Fashion Week. It brings together international and national experts in circular economy and fashion to discuss industry changes.

The new course from UNU-FLORES builds on previous initiatives, such as the Textile Symposium in Dresden, Textile Lecture Series, and international delegation visits. UNU-FLORES has a doctoral researcher who is about to defend a thesis on the Resource Nexus in Bangladesh’s textile industry.
