The project sought to establish a comprehensive Public Service Quality Index spanning the entirety of the Georgian government. This index comprises a structured framework and specific criteria designed to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on end-user satisfaction and internal productivity. Its overarching goal is to enhance governance throughout the public sector by implementing a unified assessment model and framework.

Activities

  • Elaborate Public Service Quality Index Concept and Methodology, in collaboration with local counterpart, the beneficiary organisation, the Public Service Development Agency, in the Ministry of Justice. 

  • Develop an International Good Practice Report plus a Policy Report recommending a Public Service Index framework for the Government of Georgia.
