The study “Key Indicators for Measuring the Effectiveness of the Ministry of Justice” aimed to describe the situation of Portugal in international rankings, studies and reports and present the strengths and weaknesses of the Justice system. It provided an extensive list of indicators for the assessment of Justice systems at the international level, a detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of the situation of Portugal, as well as, based on the results achieved, a set of priority indicators and recommendations.

  • Establish a robust framework for assessing the Ministry of Justice's performance.
