The training programme aims to revisit the concepts of digital transformation and governance, contextualise the EGDCV and its corresponding Action Plan, and equip teams with practices in project planning and management, digitalisation, reengineering and simplification of services, and participatory design and co-creation.

Activities 
Organised in modules, the training was designed by UNU-EGOV experts. Global, regional and local good and bad practices are highlighted throughout. Each course is completed with an explicit assessment of the topics covered and a feedback survey.
