Laura Conti is a Digital Governance Capacity Building Consultant of the United Nations University (UNU-EGOV) since September 2024.
Laura Conti serves as digital governance capacity building consultant at the United Nations University (UNU-EGOV), where she leads the development of the Unit’s training and teaching strategy.
Her role involves identifying opportunities for joint postgraduate programs in digital governance, expanding capacity-building initiatives, and managing training projects through their full cycle. Laura also supports the creation and implementation of academic degree programs, ensuring their alignment with the latest trends in e-government and public administration.
With over 20 years of experience in capacity building, Laura has a proven track record of developing and managing training programs across Latin America and beyond. Before joining UNU-EGOV, she worked at the Inter-American Development Bank, where she successfully led numerous international training programs for government officials and other public servants. She is also experienced in designing MOOCs and managing large-scale e-learning projects.
Laura is an author of online courses and educational content, a virtual tutor, a teacher, and a director of continuous education programs in project management and agile transformation. She also serves as a peer reviewer for several international scientific journals, specializing in technology-mediated education and innovative educational models in digital environments.
Laura Conti holds a Ph.D. in Project Management from Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (UNINI), a Master’s in Project Design and Management from BarcelonaTech and a Bachelor’s in Social Communications from National University of Cordoba.
