In this interview for the Global Governance Innovation Platform (GGI), recorded during the Global Governance Innovation Inception Workshop (16–17 January 2025), Paul Twomey reflects on how multilateral and multi-stakeholder approaches can work together to address complex global challenges. Drawing on his experience with ICANN, he discusses the role of governments in setting goals and building consensus, alongside the contribution of business, science, technical experts and civil society to implementation.
