Learning from the Past to Renew Multilateral Cooperation

In this interview for the Global Governance Innovation Platform (GGI), recorded during the Global Governance Innovation Inception Workshop (16–17 January 2025), Caroline Dunton reflects on the value of looking to past institutional trajectories to understand present challenges.

She points to the importance of communication, accountability and adaptability in enabling institutions to respond to change, and to the need to sustain cooperation in a more fragmented context by expanding avenues for dialogue and working across differences.
