In this interview for the Global Governance Innovation Platform (GGI), recorded during the Global Governance Innovation Inception Workshop (16–17 January 2025), Michael Franczak discusses the High-Level Dialogue on Loss and Damage as a new approach to bringing institutions together around a complex, cross-cutting global challenge. He explains how the dialogue aims to strengthen coordination across development, climate, humanitarian and financial institutions while allowing each to determine how best to contribute.
