In this interview for the Global Governance Innovation Platform (GGI), recorded during the Global Governance Innovation Inception Workshop (16–17 January 2025), Rohinton Medhora reflects on what global institutions can learn from both failure and success. He discusses why institutions become resistant to innovation and argues for more agile structures that can adapt, be revisited and evolve over time.
