ONLINE: On 13 July 2023, UNU-MERIT will host a webinar to answer questions on their Evidence-Based Policy Research Methods (EPRM) programme.

- Europe/Amsterdam

On 13 July 2023 at 14:00 (CEST), the UNU Maastricht Economic and Social Research Institute on Innovation and Technology (UNU-MERIT) will host a second webinar on their Evidence-Based Policy Research Methods (EPRM) programme.

About the session

The EPRM programme is one of the four key certificate programmes offered by UNU-MERIT's Capacity Development Office (which provides career-enhancing training for policymakers and practitioners). It is a hybrid, part-time 14-week programme designed for working professionals, helping them to improve their research skills and educational achievements through flexible studying (allowing them to maintain their full-time jobs).

In this webinar, the EPRM programme director Mindel van de Laar and programme coordinator Cristina Mancigotti will provide a short presentation on the basic structure of the EPRM programme, explain the content of the six modules it comprises, highlight application requirements and provide information on the timings of the training modules in autumn 2023, including the main deadlines. After this presentation there will be a Q&A session to answer questions from webinar participants.

(The next upcoming EPRM programme will start on 4 September and ends on 8 Dec 2023; the application deadline for this intake is 1 August 2023.)
