The module on Evidence-based Advocacy in Social Protection (ITC-ILO module) focuses on strengthening participants’ ability to use data, research, and policy analysis to influence social protection policies and reforms. The training is targeted on linking evidence to national development priorities and policy debates, how to develop clear, targeted advocacy strategies and communication products, and how to engage effectively with decision-makers using credible, context-specific arguments.
