They possess the expertise to assess policy options and implement effective solutions. Our data reveals that 41% hold analytical roles (advisors, researchers, consultants) and 38% work operationally (managers, program officers). Many align with the program's goals, with 65% serving the public sector. Notably, 11% contribute to international organizations (OECD, ILO, IOM, EU) and 14% work for national/sub-national entities. Additionally, 22% are employed by research-focused organizations, including universities and UNU institutes.
