Graduates of our program are skilled policymakers and analysts who excel in public policy, academia, NGOs, and consulting. They possess the expertise to assess policy options and implement effective solutions. Our data reveals that 41% hold analytical roles (advisors, researchers, consultants) and 38% work operationally (managers, program officers). Many align with the program's goals, with 65% serving the public sector. Notably, 11% contribute to international organizations (OECD, ILO, IOM, EU) and 14% work for national/sub-national entities. Additionally, 22% are employed by research-focused organizations, including universities and UNU institutes.
