Rona Weerasuriya is a Visiting Fellow at UNU-IIGH.
Dr Weerasuriya is a qualitative researcher with expertise in implementation science and evaluation. Her work has involved the application of systems thinking, implementation science, evaluation and behaviour change frameworks to data collection, analysis and health system design initiatives.
She has expertise across research and industry settings in developing and implementing interventions, health program monitoring and evaluation, and the development of logic frameworks, key performance indicators, M&E and Outcomes frameworks using co-design principles and practices.
Her research has focused on the human nature connection and the implications for eco-systems and human health and well being; public and population health and healthcare system and service redesign.
