Karolina Polanski is a Project Assistant for the Postgraduate Degree and Training Programme.
Born in Poland and raised in Cologne, Germany, she has a BA in Asian Studies and an MA in Politics of Eastern Asia. Before joining UNU in 2021, she was working as a Coordinator for International Relations at Toyooka City Hall. Prior to that, she held the position of Project Coordinator at the Düsseldorf Office of the Japan External Trade Organization.
At the UNU-IAS Postgraduate Degree and Training Programme she serves as the main administrative focal point, dealing with payments and procurement. She also supports the SDG–University Platform in the preparation and implementation of their workshops and webinars.
