Recognized as a critical enabler for the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), digitalization impacts lives directly. The Technical Assistance Framework (TAF) supports EU Priority countries through four pillars: governance, universal connectivity, digital literacy, and online services adoption. TAF aims to enhance EU external assistance quality, align with national strategies, provide technical support, foster collaboration, and ensure effective project management and communication.

Beneficiaries

The primary beneficiary is DG INTPA Headquarters and EU Delegations in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) group of states and Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT). The secondary beneficiaries are the various public sector and civil society partners and target communities in the ACP countries and OCTs supported by various DG INTPA and EU Delegation initiatives.

Objectives

The project aims to assess global good practices for monitoring digital experiences, including user satisfaction and handling complaints. It also recommends improvements to the DXMI focus and approach for long-term sustainability.
